Friends of mine recommended that I try Bowenwork as it can help before and after surgery. I decided to give it a shot and began visiting Lindsey once a week for two months before my surgery and one month after. My recovery was significantly faster than average, and I wholeheartedly feel that Lindsey's efforts had something to do with it.

Lindsey (she/they) — Bowen Therapy practitioner, Reiki Master, and energy worker in Bellingham, WA.

My mission is simple: less cortisol, more ease. I want my clients to feel genuinely seen and at home in their bodies.I specialize in gentle, light-touch bodywork that can benefit any body.

I've been in Bellingham since 2005, when I came to study East Asian Studies and languages at Western Washington University. Before settling into practice, I traveled and immersed myself in cultures, meditation, Tarot, and Reiki; all paths that eventually pulled me back to school for bodywork training. I've been working with clients in Bowen Therapy, Reiki, and energy work for over 11 years.

Outside the treatment room, I love tech, video games, dance, good food, sunshine, and falling down rabbit holes about space, abandoned places, and shipwrecks.

I'm proud to be a neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, woman, and Black-owned business in Bellingham. My office is a safe space for everyone (and I mean that). All I ask is that you bring mutual respect to our work together.
